It can take years or it can take a moment, either way start with “Sorry not sorry” – I joke but in truth to really change your life to the way you fully desire – then unlearn all the misdirected rubbish you were taught. Sometimes on purpose and sometimes unconscious. Either way how long do you want to keep holding onto “your story ?” It’s no longer serving you if you repeat it to every person who will listen and sometimes the polite ones you’ve told 3 times. It’s enough now – “sorry not sorry”
