Hello Luanne, I totally related to Fire #10 and the energy of self-destruction, and the need to shed old skins in the form of beliefs and patterns that will lead to self-annihilation. I have started the work of transformation with a look at the yoga of eating offered by Myra Lewin, Ayurveda and Yoga. She has focused on the underlying patterns of unconscious mind causing disordered eating, and once awareness is heightened the behaviour changes. So, on point about looking at the Shadow and boundaries and with that the self-esteem issues, and the need to bring it all to light in order to move forward. Where can we access the Oils? Thank You
