When you complete the tasks, it’s like the feeling you get when you spring clean your home or office. That heavy feeling of being bogged down will suddenly be lifted and you’ll have a renewed sense of motivation to get things done. It’s helpful to write a list of tasks that have been nagging you and mark them off as you complete them. Some decisions you’ll need to make to fix and resolve the tasks are:
- Decide what you want to do about the task.
- Do you need help to finish the task?
- Keep the task list in sight and cross them out when completed.
- Reward yourself for completing the list.
