I create my thoughts and can control my mind to think what I like. I can choose to think about anything I desire. My thoughts are under my control to use as I see fit.
I can change my thoughts whenever I choose. If a thought fails to serve me, I create a more useful thought.
Each thought I have has the power to alter my life for the better. It also has the power to detract from my life. Therefore, I only allow positive thoughts to exist in my mind.
I am aware of my goals and evaluate my thoughts accordingly. Thoughts that decrease the likelihood of achieving my goals are rejected. Only thoughts that support my goals are allowed to exist in my mind. Thoughts that serve me are permitted to stay.
When my mind wanders to a negative thought, I quickly turn to a positive thought. The new thought supports the life I want to live. It supports the changes I want to make in my life.
When I exercise control over my thoughts, I exercise control over my life.
Today, I use my thoughts to enhance my life. I reject negative thoughts. My thoughts serve me and help create a life that pleases me.
