I feel very little fear compared to most people. I rate myself high in courage and fearlessness. I am naturally resistant to stress and fear.
I feel comfortable in situations that others find fearful. I stay calm, cool, and collected when everyone else is afraid.
Even when I do feel fear, I am able to think clearly and take the appropriate action. I refuse to allow fear to stop me. I act in the face of fear.
Fear is only a mild inconvenience for me.
I look forward to fearful situations, because I know that I have the chance to do something that other people refuse to do. This is one way I set myself apart from others.

I am a powerful person. I have the ability to influence my life in any way I see fit. I can alter my life at will.
I am able to influence others around me too. They like to follow me and look to me for leadership.
I am powerful now, and I am becoming more powerful each day.
Today, I am taking bold action. I laugh in the face of fear and make my mark on the world. I show the world just how powerful and fearless a person can be.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- What are my greatest fears? What am I doing to minimize those fears?
- Do I have as much control and influence as I would like to have? What can I do to become a more powerful person?
- If I were fearless, what would I try to do? How would my life change if I experienced far less fear?
