Copy of Self-reflections 16

I am courageous and stand up for myself.

I am my own best advocate. I am constantly looking out for myself. I expect others to treat me with kindness and respect. I am worthy of being treated well. I demand that others treat me well.

I am comfortable with speaking up for myself. If I am mistreated, I let people know that it is unacceptable.

I am courageous. I have an opinion on what I believe is right and wrong, and I am willing to share that opinion.

I find it easy to stand up for myself and for others when the situation calls for it. I am willing to be in the spotlight when I feel it is necessary. I have the courage to be outspoken.

I can do the right thing even when I feel self-conscious or lack confidence. I know what is right, and I am willing to do it. I am willing to say what needs to be said. I stand up for myself and for anyone else that needs my help.

Today, I am feeling courageous. Today, I am standing up for myself. I am making sure that I am treated the way I deserve to be treated. I am making myself and my needs a priority. I am a brave person, and I am showing the world my bravery.
